Taste Chef Brad Kilgore New Seasonal Dishes at MaryGold's

With the fall season now in full swing, MaryGold's by Brad Kilgore, the sophisticated yet approachable modern restaurant from renowned chef Brad Kilgore and award-winning hospitality agency Bar Lab located on the ground floor of the boutique Arlo Wynwood hotel, Chef Brad Kilgore has launched a new menu with seasonal additions and the resurgence of some delicious fan-favorites to MaryGold's by Brad Kilgore at the stylish Arlo Wynwood.

MaryGold's is constantly elevating its menu to feature seasonal ingredients and introduce new culinary concepts. Welcome back the Honeynut Squash, now available and roasted with a center of buttery smoked pecan praline and glazed with pumpkin seed dukkah, an Egyptian blend of fragrant herbs, nuts and spices.

Honeynut Squash

Best of all, they've got the egg-clusive scoop — Chef Kilgore’s famous Soft Egg is making a long-awaited return this winter. It’s his most quintessential dish according to Food & Wine, originating from his other hit Miami restaurant Alter. Forbes says the dish is delicious enough to order just for yourself — no need to share with the table. But if you would like to share, the menu has been newly categorized to include sections such as the new Snacks for quick, small bites, while languid diners can pick from the Apps or For The Table such as the elevated Short Rib “Vaca Frita,” an already popular dish now available in a larger format so everyone can get a taste. These shareable sections play off of Chef Brad’s creativity and love for community, making it so each guest and group can dine how they wish and with what feels right.

Beignets

MaryGold’s wine selection has expanded to include a handful of new red, white, sparkling and skin contact options, including the Valentina Passalacqua Calcarius Bianco ($21), an Italian bombino bianco; Quarticello Despina Frizzante ($17), an Italian malvasia; and Domaine Andre Vatan ($22), a Sancerre sauvignon blanc. In addition, MaryGold’s features a tantalizing cocktail menu at the helm of Bar Lab’s Global Beverage Director, Christine Wiseman, winner of the 2023 Altos Bartenders’ Top Bartender Award.
