Start the New Year the right way and nurse your NYE hangover with a delicious brunch menu from Miami’s top dining destinations. Whether you sip on a mimosa for the hair of the dog or load up with an appetizing eggs benedict, any one of the

restaurants listed below has got you covered.

Try The Deck Benedict ($46) with Maine lobster, Hollandaise sauce, two poached eggs and toasted English muffin; the Smoked Salmon and Avocado ($28) with marinated cucumber, toasted artisan sourdough, whipped feta cheese and pickled onion; or the Belgian Waffle ($22) with macerated seasonal berries, chantilly mascarpone and warm maple syrup. For groups of 11 or more, reserved a multi-course Sunday Brunch Family Style Feast ($95 per person), with an additional Sunday Brunch Bottle Package ($95 per person) available to make the afternoon pop. Guests are welcome to arrive by land or sea, and can sit comfortably at reservable full-size dining tables or waterfront cabana lounges.

The Desk at Island Gardens

The new brunch menu will take guests on a gastronomic journey with innovative twists on traditional fare, including the Belgian Waffle ($14), served with Honeycrisp apple and maple crème fraîche, the Ricotta Pancake ($13), topped with Nutella and hazelnut praline; Grilled Wagyu Steak ($26), served with wood-roasted farm eggs, heirloom tomato and chimichurri; Maine Lobster Toast ($30), topped with avocado, farm egg, everything spice and chili oil; and Housemade Pastrami Benedict ($20), served with hollandaise, poached farm egg and latkes. Guests can indulge in a boozy Sunday as bottomless Moet Brut and Rose champagne will be available ($75/person) for up to two hours and fresh orange juice and peach puree will be provided to make your own Mimosas and Bellinis.

Orno

Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar is home to one of the best brunch in Midtown. With an extensive brunch menu featuring a rotating menu of specials from Croque Madame Huancaina ($16), Cinnamon Rolls ($16), Truffle Eggs ($17) and Italian Burrata ($18) to antipasti and house favorite entrees, there are endless mouth watering options to choose from. For those feeling bottomless, $25 Mimosas, Passion Bellinis and Sparkling Wine Glasses are available along with two-for-one brunch cocktails. Available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends, brunch at Negroni is always accompanied by live music.

Negroni Midtown

From the talented minds behind the global Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar concept, Italica Midtown adds a modern and colorful twist to traditional Italian cuisine with a customized spritz bar and Mediterranean-inspired pizzas, including weekend brunch. On Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., enjoy two-for-one Aperol Spritz and Tutto il Giorno cocktails along with $25 bottomless Gambino Prosecco and a rotating schedule of live entertainment. Bring your doggie companion to relax on the al fresco patio offering views of the Aperol Spritz bar where dozens of colorful bottles of Aperol line the interior walls.

Italica Midtown

Welcome to the Jungle! Ready to be transported from the shores of Miami Beach to the wondrous wild of Peru? Chotto Matte, the pioneering global Nikkei dining destination, presents the immersive Jungle Brunch available to guests every Sunday from 1 - 4 p.m. Patrons can enjoy live entertainment from a DJ to drummers while they dive into delicious sharing menus for both meat lovers and plant-based palettes, serving everything from Gambas a la Parrilla, Argentinian red shrimp flavored to perfection in a spicy coconut marinade, to King Oyster Mushroom Tostada, spiced with Peruvian aji panca chili. Don’t forget to say, “Bottoms up!” Beyond free flowing champagne, there’s a Bottomless Drink Package with a creative selection of jungle-themed cocktails to keep the party going all afternoon long.

Chotto Matte

Casa Sensei, the Pan Asian, Latin Fusion eatery along the Las Olas waterfront, hosts their very own Rock N Roll weekend brunch. Offering a contemporary twist to traditional comfort food, Casa Sensei’s brunch menu is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the restaurant’s dining room, dog-friendly waterfront patios or via a scenic gondola tour. Aside from serving unlimited champagne Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and Bellini’s for $30, the menu offers Togarashi Fried Chicken and Waffles ($22), served with sriracha maple syrup and a side of fresh fruit; and Casa Wagyu Burger ($22),wagyu ground beef 8 oz. topped with peppercorn bacon, guacamole and gouda cheese, served with a side of slaw and truffle fries. The Rock N Roll Spicy Mango Margarita ($16) comes with fresh mango puree, orange juice, Tajin spice, sour mix, jalapenos and triple sec.

CasaSensei

Rosie's: The Backyard, located in Little River, is the brunch spot to visit on New Year's Day with an elevated menu of Southern style cuisine helmed by power couple Chef Akino and Jamila West. On NYD, guests can sip on a complimentary glass of Prosecco and indulge in an array of flavorful brunch dishes like the famous Chicken & Waffles, served with bread and butter pickles and made with calabrian chili oil; or the Wild Mushroom Polenta, made with charred kale, a poached egg, herb gremolata and parmesan. Guests can also indulge in the fluffy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes topped with sweet macerated berries, ricotta and toasted, crushed pistachios. The restaurant will be open on Sunday, January 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m
