Cocktails in Miami

Every variant starts with a fine tequila, and then the bartender adds his or her flair. Cocktails in Florida, just like other things, now how the Hispanic twist. Below is a list of some Miami cocktails with Hispanic twists you can try out.

The Bazaar by José Andrés

Chef José Andrés enjoys experimenting with his meals. To make memorable bites, he adds whimsical touches to his recipes. It's no surprise, then, that his restaurant's Cocktails are prepared with the same attention. A classic cocktail is given a splash of salt "air" — a salty froth that gives the impression that a mermaid has kissed the drink.
