There are lots of outdoor locations in Miami where people can exercise and work out. When was the last time you

walked outside and didn’t see someone exercising? Probably never, because there’s always someone

either walking or lifting weights outside in Miami.Here are 5 of the best outdoor locations in

Miami where you can go and exercise

South Pointe Park

There’s always someone working out at South Pointe Park. It’s a beautiful place that’s loved by all types of people. The park has group exercise and yoga sessions, so on days when you’re feeling alone and lonely, you can go and work out at South Pointe Park and make some new friends in the process!

 

You can also take a walk at the park. Go all the way to South Pointe Pier and you can treat yourself to a very

picturesque view of the ocean.

Lummus Park

Lummus Park offers walking, biking, and running trails. It also has two playgrounds, two outdoor gyms, and lots of volleyball courts. There are so many things to do at this park, it’ll probably take you days to understand what activities you should do when you go there.

 

The park has two nature-inspired unique installations called MyEquilibria’s Leopard Tree and MyBeast. You won’t find these in any other public park in the US! The park has an app that you can download on your phone to watch exercise tutorials.

Biscayne Bay Park

If you don’t feel like lifting weights or walking, then head over to Biscayne Bay where you can do water

sports. Biscayne Bay offers paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, water skiing, and lots of other water activities. Don’t worry if you’ve never done any water sports before, because the beach offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes to everyone.

This park has an off-leash dog area, outdoor gym, walking path, bike trail and beach volleyball. The entire

area is full of greenery and it also has A.C’s Icees so you can treat yourself to some frozen dessert if the heat becomes unbearable.

 

The park has a running path that has stops along the way where you can do different exercises. There are signs around the path that have exercising instructions written on them. Take your

dog with you so both of you can stay fit and healthy!at the table.

Morningside Park

If you want to get away from the city, Morningside Park is the perfect place to go. This park will make you forget that you live in a city. Morningside Park is located in the Upper East Side near Wynwood. It has tennis courts and watersports rental center. It’s a huge park that offers tons of space so put those sneakers on and start walking! You can also try kayaking or paddleboarding

at the park!

In a city like Miami where there are so many hidden spots for exercising, it’s almost impossible to not stay fit. Studies have shown that walking everyday for even 30 minutes can do wonders for your health. Your health is important, so make sure you exercise regularly!
