Cocktails in Miami

Dry January doesn’t have to be boring - we rounded up some of South Florida’s top mixologists to spill their secrets to successful mocktails that will make staying on track this new year easy. For those who prefer to leave it to the professionals, each mocktail will be available at select locations all month long.

Mixologist Vanessa Serrano from Downtown Miami’s intimate bar with a focus on natural wine, local craft beers and fresh pressed cocktails is kicking off Dry January with two signature mocktails: Jamaican Power with spiced hibiscus and lime and This Minty Cucu with cucumber, lemongrass and lime. Guests can also catch a buzz without the booze with a bite from Saloni Bar’s new Delta 8 Desserts (a naturally occurring psychoactive substance found in the Cannabis sativa plant) menu featuring a variety of flavors like Blueberry Cookies, Vanilla Wedding Cake and Malibu Rum.
